# Black Family Weekend

> Black Family Weekend (BFW) is a San José 501(c)(3) nonprofit producing SJSU's premier Homecoming platform — events, scholarships, and community impact.

BFW brings together students, alumni, families, and supporters of San José State University for a multi-day Homecoming celebration of Black culture, community, and excellence. The organization funds scholarships, hosts signature events, and partners with sponsors to support the next generation of Spartan leaders.
