This online application form will not be reviewed and considered without completing all required Application Entry Form fields, submitting video(s) and/or photo(s) as well as a product list of your proposed booth.
Selection Process
The Vendor Committee will:
- Review submitted application entry form / uploaded files and determine its approval.
- Email vendor application determination.
- Invoice vendor remittance of $50 (For-Profit) or $30 (Non-Profit) if approved.
Space Information
$50 For-Profit / $30 Non-Profit for the two days of the BFW event.
- BFW reserves the right to select the items a company is allowed to sell for highest level of product mix and to choose their location to ensure the best layout possible.
- If accepted, exact and approved items will be listed on the Vendor Agreement, and Vendors may sell only those pre-approved items.
- Spot checks will be made on-site throughout the duration of the BFW event, and Vendor may not be able to re-open until items match the Vendor Agreement.
- BFW does not grant exclusive rights to any Vendor for any type of Product or Service.
- This application is not a proposal or guarantee of space for the BFW event.
- All vendors must bring their own POS system and Wi-Fi / Hot Spots / Data usage set-up to run their own POS system with an appropriate amount of bandwidth.
- BFW will not guarantee Wi-Fi access or availability at any event location.
- BFW will be offering at a minimum: two 6ft to 8ft tables, two chairs, and one trash can.
